Introduction to Spiritual Tools for Self-Development

Explore a variety of tools to quiet and calm your mind/body/spirit, develop your self-awareness and intuition, and connect more fully to the innate healing and guidance available within your own system.
This 4-part series will provide an overview of each topic and enough information to determine whether each type of technique is of interest for further study. Each class can be taken independently of the others.

Class 1 – Meditation – April 19, 6:30-8:30 pm
Class 2 – Chakras – April 26, 6:30-8:30 pm
Class 3 – Intuitive Development – May 3, 6:30-8:30 pm
Class 4 – Energy Practices for Self Care – May 10, 6:30-8:30 pm

$200 for series or $60 for individual classes. In person (limit 10 participants in person) or virtual with video recording included in cost.

Reiki Level 1

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that channels the vital energy force that flows through all things to promote healing. A Reiki practitioner utilizes proper intent to focus the energy, which is channeled through the crown chakra and emanates out through the
palms.  It works with the body’s natural system to enhance healing and strengthen the immune system by gently and non-invasively moving a person’s energetic functions back into alignment and is an excellent complement to conventional medicine.

In the Level 1 class you will receive the necessary energy attunements to be a clear channel for the Reiki energy to flow through you and learn how to use that flow of energy to treat yourself and others.

Details

This is a two-day class, held on two consecutive Sundays, to allow time for the physical body to integrate the attunements in the most gentle way.

Meditation Exploration Circle

Experiment with different tools and meditation techniques to develop your self-awareness, intuition, and connect more fully to your innate healing.  Each circle is comprised of a combination of meditation, teaching, and group interaction.

Get a little peak at your chart with a private Sun Moon Rising reading! Learn about your personal Sun, Moon and Rising signs and how they work together, what you can do to bring out the best of your natal characteristics, and get a preview of other key points you may want to investigate further.
